INTEGRATION GUIDE
This is a post activation guide and you can choose what resonates with you. We are all in different journeys and it’s important to listen to our heart and be gentle with ourselves in this process of transformation. For those who want to go deeper, I have packed this with many information so that this Integration guide may help you with a deeper experience.

For the next three days you may adopt a plant based diet. If you have been considering to adopt a fully plant based diet for good- Please give yourself time. 1-2 years to slowly adjust to a plant based diet.
If you are new to plant based diet then I suggest doing a juice fast for 1-2 days after the session. If you are not new and you are a vegetarian or a vegan then you can try the smoothies below.
What to eat in the next three days after a session:
When we are embodying the life force energy, naturally our energies starts craving high frequency food
Avoiding Meat & Dairy- We're programmed into believing that we need proteins such as meat to sustain our protein intake. However, if you go deeper into research you will see that dairy and meat takes a lot of energy away from you and leaves you with very less nutrition.
What can you do?
Have plant-based protein and other necessary antioxidants, and adaptogens that might help you replace not just protein from meat but give you better nutrition that you need. This might take a while to adjust to but as you gradually embrace the journey you will see certain shifts happening in your life just because of incorporating a proper diet with life force energy in it.
Why do it?
There is a direct relationship with food and energy because we are life force energy naturally we should also be mindful of what we put inside our body whether it’s brimming with life force or not. Meat, dairy and other products are not life but the opposite.
Experiment and see what happens in your life when you replace your food source with proper life force energy from plant-based food. This is different from the ‘vegan junk’ that are out in the market selling vegan cheese and meats; they do not have life force energy in them either.
I have created this beautiful recipe nutrition guide - this is something that I follow and I'm sharing this with you and after much experimentation with food and cleansing with juices and trying almost everything out there and giving myself more than one year to embrace this naturally I found nutritious food that helped me with my energy levels & helped me embody more life-force energy.
Nutrition Guide:
Replacing proteins: To replace proteins from meat you can try hemp hearts, frozen acai berries. Spirulina.
Replacing fat: You can try avocados, walnuts, cashews, Brazilian, macademia, almonds and etc and seeds such as pumpkin seeds and etc.
Replacing Carbs (such as rice and bread) with bananas, papayas, melons such as watermelon, and other melons.
Adding antioxidants such as mango, oranges, papaya, passionfruit, pineapples, berries to your diet.
Adding adaptogens (to replace caffeine) such as reishi, cordyceps, chaga, maca, lionsmane (you can get a mushroom blend to put in your smoothie) (Packed with many minerals and a boost for your mitochondria in your cells. This is a must in my daily nutrition intake.***
Morning Smoothie Recipes:
Melon Strawberry: Tastes like candy- Mix 6 small strawberries, with 1 cup of honey dew melon and 1 cup peaches or papaya.
Mango Mousse or Mango milkshake- Coconut Milk powder, water & Mango (Add walnuts if you like a bit of crunch) & blend
Cacao Elixer - Coconut milk, 2 teaspoons cacao powder, ½ or 1 teaspoon of your favourite mushroom blend , 1-2 ripe banana, blend
Hempowered Maca Shake-Cashew Milk, ½ teaspoon maca powder, ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon cacao powder, 1 teaspoon hemp hearts, 1 ripe banana
Acai Power- Frozen Acai fruit or powder, filtered water, blueberries, pineapples.
Papaya Citrus- 1 cup Papaya, 3 clementines or ½cup chopped pineapples, ½ cup blueberries, 5 cherries, walnuts, filtered water & blend
Berry Blast- 1 cup cherries, 1/2 cup blueberries, cashew milk, 1 ripe banana.
You can also try fresh juices as a cleanse in the morning such as orange, celery and other juices and etc.
What to avoid when making smoothies?
Avoid making batches of smoothies and refrigerating them. Fruits have high antioxidants and goes bad as you refrigerate after blending. Please refrigerate your acai powder, cacao powder, coconut milk powder, hemp hearts.
What to have for Lunch?
A bowl of sliced avocado, hemp hearts, cashews, plant based kimchi, tabasco sauce, and sea salt.
Cashew Cheese- Blend pre-soaked 1/2 cup cashews and then add 1 shredded cucumber and 2 table spoon lemon juice and bit of salt. Blend refrigerate and enjoy as a salad dressing or with broccoli.
What to stay away from?
When looking for plant-based food avoid Tofu, Soy, other vegan junks such as plant-based meat or cheese and etc because they don’t have life force energy in them and are processed. Avoid sugar and fried food. You can replace your oils with avocado oil.
