preparing for the session
High frequency food: Eat nutritious food like fruits or vegetables. Juicing for 1-2 hours before the session is the best option as it allows the energy to move through you. If you want to eat solid food eat very lightly 3-4 hours leading up to the session to allow energy to flow freely.
Avoid low frequency food: Processed food and high processed sugar content. Fruits are ok to eat.
Grounding: Ground yourself before the session through meditation, breathwork, yoga, hot water baths or connecting with nature.
Avoid alcohol and drugs: including marijuana, for at least 24 hours prior to the session to ensure energy flows freely.
Avoid meat: Meat interferes takes a long time to digest thus it interferes with energy flow.
Avoid energetic drinks: Avoid caffeine, black or green tea on the day of the session.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask and a blanket if you need it.
Avoid energy takers such as staring at the screen for a long time or being around negative company.
